These terms govern your use of the website www.aithenor.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept them. They do not govern the use of the Aithenor platform by customers, which is covered by a separate written agreement.

2. Hosting

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com).
Data submitted through the Site’s forms is stored with Supabase, in its European Union region (Paris, France).

3. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents Aithenor, a commercial decision engine for hotels, and allows hotel professionals to request a private demonstration or to apply to the founding hotels programme.

4. Access

The Site is free to access. We may suspend or change it at any time, including for maintenance, without notice or liability.

5. Illustrative content

Examples shown on the Site — including decisions, figures, dates, accounts and screens — are illustrative. Names such as “Orbis Consulting” are fictional and do not refer to any real company or hotel. The description of features is for information only; what is provided to a customer is defined solely by its written agreement with Aithenor. Capabilities marked “Preview” or “In development” are not generally available.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — text, design, graphics, logos, the Aithenor name and brand — are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Aithenor or its licensors. Any reproduction, adaptation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to disrupt the Site, attempt to access it without authorisation, extract its content by automated means, or submit false or third-party information through its forms.

8. Liability

We take care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, financial or legal advice. To the extent permitted by law, Aithenor is not liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the Site.

9. Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example LinkedIn). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date of last update.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, subject to any mandatory rules protecting consumers.
